It is within the Amarilla Golf and Country Club leisure complex boasting a full 18 hole golf course. The Fairways Club resort is situated in a quiet area on the sunny south side of the island of Tenerife featuring a variety of on-site facilities, including a large outdoor heated swimming pool, bars and restaurants, making this an ideal apartment and location for families with young children. A range of activities is organised daily for children and teenagers. Golf, tennis and horseback riding are nearby. Adjacent to the complex are further bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. Within walking distance of the apartment is the popular San Blas area full of typical Tenerife bars, restaurants and shops.

The apartments rear garden overlooks the 9th hole along with fantastic views of Mount Teide. Local shops and bars are within 200 yards with the popular San Blas area approximately 20 minutes stroll along the sea front.

Amarilla Golf in Tenerife is one of life's hidden gems, probably the best Tenerife golf course, it hosted a round of the PGA European tour in 1990; designed by Donald Steel in the late nineteen eighties it features an imaginatively designed golf course sandwiched between the bright blue Atlantic Ocean and Spain's highest mountain, the majestic El Teide. Playing golf in Tenerife in mid winter wearing just shorts and polo shirt with the sun reflecting off the water and with the often snow capped peak of El Teide in the opposite direction can compensate for almost any amount of duffed shots.
