It enjoys a superb and peaceful location on the prestigious golf complex with stunning mountain views from the front garden. Casa F is a few metres away from the swimming pool shared by a few other properties on El Refugio and the owners have installed a hot tub for guests to relax into after their dip, or just to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set.

Notes love the fact that I can stand and watch the sun gloriously rise over the ocean whilst still in my jim-jams at the open bedroom patio door whilst Terry snores on oblivious to it all. It cannot fail to put a smile on your face. Because we look straight down the eighteenth fairway to the sea beyond it is like having a huge verdant garden. We must have the greenest view on the whole island and it is so peaceful. At the other end of the day I switch allegiance to the stunning sunset view of the desert mountains from our 'front' garden which is a mere hop and skip away from the swimming pool. This is a great spot to settle with a book and be at peace with the world. We hope that you'll be as pleased as we are with the mix of brilliant hibiscus and bourganvilla jostling alongside the more subtle oleanders, the sturdy succulents and palms, which dot the garden and the fragrant jasmine, stephanotis and lavender I've placed around the lounge patio doors.
Golf details
This lovely golf course is a good test for both low and high handicap players, particularly in the breeze. The second and third holes have narrow fairways and a ditch that acts like a magnet! There is plenty of water to attract your ball but also the chance to open your shoulders on several tees. Par 3s can all be tricky, either because you play into the wind, or because of the cunningly placed water, or both!!
