Sand Club
The apartment is located in a peaceful well kept complex with only a 5 minute walk to the San Blas Square, which has restaurants, Bars & shops. Golf Del Sur has lots of quality places to eat out during the day and evening. There are many restaurants with excellent sea views less than a 20 minute walk away at the brand new San Miguel Marina. There is a bus stop and taxi rank just around the corner from the apartment and lots of parking at the road side or on the car park behind the complex.

The Golf Del Sur Club House is a 5 minute walk away, Amarilla Golf is a 5 minute drive away. There is a lovely 9 hole Par 3 course (Los Paleos) at Guaza which is a 10 minute drive away and at least 3 other courses in Las Americas/los Christianos which are a 20 minute drive away.

Communal Pool
The communal pool is a peaceful retreat and a real sun trap. It is gated which means it is a safe area for the children and only the owners and guests have access! There are stunning panoramic views of the ocean and plenty of free sunbeds around the spacious poolside area. There is a childrens paddling pool safely separated from the large main pool area.
