There is a large Patio area to the front of the property which has a large wooden table that will seat upto 8, sun loungers and a Brick built Bar-b-Que. The communal pool area is approx 50 metres away from the house. The Atlantico Shopping Centre, Beach, Bars and restaurants are a five- ten minute walk away. This property is suitable for couples, families and of course golfers, or those just looking for some sun!

The proerty is located on the Championship Golf Course in Caleta de Fuste. The area is very quiet and relaxed. The Club house is a five minute walk from the house, you can book rounds of golf, tuition, hire clubs and buggies or visit the driving range. In front of the Golf resort is the fully air conditoned Atlantico Shopping Centre, here you will find a large Spar Supermarket (open 7 days a week) many bars and restaurants. In front of the shoping centre is the very safe bathing horseshoe beach, there is a floating pontoon where you may take lunch and beverages. Sun bed, Parasol and Pedalo hire is available on this beach. If you wish to take boat trips, surfing, jet ski this is all available from the main beach in Caleta approx 15 minute walk away.

Fuerteventura GolfClub was the first golf club on the island, it is situated only 8 kilometres from the airport. The course is an 18 hole, par 70 of 6,069 metres from the men's championship tees, with two loops of nine holes that start and finish at the clubhouse. There are three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them. The course is basically flat with the excepiton of the 17th and 18th holes. Buggy paths connect all holes (These can be hired from the clubhouse) There is a practise area which includes a 50 bay driving range, a large putting green and a second green for chipping and bunker shots. You can arrange professional tuition (available in several languages.) The clubhouse includes a large pro-shop, changing rooms with lockers, a club-storage area and various bars, cafes and resaurants. There is an outside terrace and garden area to enjoy after your game. The 2004 Spanish Open was played at this course.

Directions
If you wish to hire a car, we can recommend some of the agents who will arrange collection at the arrivals hall at the Airport. Upon collection of car you take the 3rd. exit at the first roundabout follow the signs for Morro Jable, you remain on this round going across approx 6 rounabouts where you will see Atlantico Shopping Centre to the right, an Iron man in the middle of the rounabout with signs advising that you have arrived at Fuerteventura Golf Course. Upon Arrival you follow the road round to the right, go over the first roundabout slowly going up an incline (pass Los Arcos bugalows) then take the first turning on the right and the property is the 2nd house along.
