Our Private 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is within 10 mins walk of the village of callao salvaje, it was completed in Jan 2006 there are other villas in the area, and some still to be completed. The villa is very well equiped with all the comforts of home, full Air conditioned, and the private pool is heated by solar, and as electric back up maintaining a temporature of 25/26º The pool area is very private, yet you have wonderful sea views from the terraces. Ideal for couples who want total privacy or families too.
