A beautifully furnished Villa with private swimming pool within easy walking distance of the sea, shops and restaurants and just a few minutes drive away from 2 of Fuerteventura’s Golf Courses. The property boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens.
The Villa stands in an elevated position and the large roof terrace benefits from panoramic views to the sea and the golf course. The property has been specifically designed on two levels to suit many purposes, as 1 large Holiday Villa perfect for large parties or it can be used as two apartments often ideal for 2 families that like to holiday together, but still like a little privacy and freedom.
At the rear of the Villa next to the swimming pool there is a large patio with barbeque, sun-loungers and table and chairs. The swimming pool is 7.5 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, and has a graded depth from 1 meter to 1.5. There is also a heated pool-side shower.

This was Fuerteventura's first Championship Golf Course. Host to the 2004 Spanish Open. The course is an 18 hole par 70, being 6049 metres off the championship tees. Three lakes add to the challenge. You can hire all equipment.
The practice facilities include a 50 bay driving range, a large putting green and a second green for chipping and bunker shots.
The clubhouse includes a large pro-shop, changing rooms (lockers are available), a storage area and various bars, cafeterias and restaurants. There is an outside terrace and garden area.
The second Golf Course is now open right next door also.

- The town of Caleta is often reffered to as a holiday village.The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area.
There are also a number of good supermarkets within the local area.

The town of Caleta de Fuste (also known as Castillo) is perfectly positioned in the middle of the island, and therefore is only a 5 minute taxi transfer from the airport.
It is a particularly friendly town and caters extremely well for families and couples alike.
