The villa is 10 minutes drive from Arrecife Airport and 10 minutes drive to the tourist resort of Puerto Del Carmen with its shops, restaurants and beaches. The village of Tias is also close by for supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Costa Teguise golf course is approximately 20 minutes drive. A new golf course in Tias is currently under construction and should be open by the end of 2007.
