Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment in Chlorakas, Paphos
Our apartment is on the Thalassa View Gardens complex, which has a large free-form swimming pool, a separate childrens pool and a pool bar.

Our two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor, with stunning views to the Mediterranean. All rooms have direct access to the balcony where you can sit and observe the amazing sunsets.

All rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished for your comfort with air conditioning and heating throughout. Insect screens are fitted to windows/doors and there is an electronic safe where you can securely store your valuables.

The apartment has its own allocated undercover car port below. Stairs and a lift provide easy access to the apartment.

Facilities provided include Sky Satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and FREE broadband internet access with payg internet phone calls.

Our apartment is professionally maintained by an on-site management company who are there to assist should problems arise during your stay

A non-returnable £150 deposit secures a booking.

The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the hire commencement date by cheque, bank transfer, or credit card, or within 5 days if the date is within 8 weeks of the commencement date.

A security deposit of £125 will be required along with the final payment. This will be returned within 30 days after the holiday unless the Management Company reports any damage, missing items or excess cleaning requirements.

Cyprus is said to be the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golfing breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship and almost year round sunshine.

There are 3 golf courses nearby:

Tsada golf course was opened in 1994 and is 15km to the north of Paphos. It offers 18 holes of superb golf set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 meters and accommodates players of all abilities .

Secret Valley golf course was opened in 1996 and is located 18km to the east of Paphos close to Petra tou Romiou (Aphrodites Rock). It offers 18 Holes set in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley with grand trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations around. The golf course measures 5,904m and plays to a par 71.

Players without a handicap certificate can play after noon on request, depending on availability.

The newest addition is the spectacular Aphrodite Hills golf course that opened in 2002 and is 20km to the east of Paphos.

The Aphrodite Hills golf resort itself spans a massive 234 hectares (578 acres). The golf course is 6,299m long and plays at a par 71/70. It follows the scenic contours of two plateaux, with its challenging fairways cutting a swathe through lakes, olive and carob trees. This course is the very best the Mediterranean has to offer.

All courses are between 20-30 minutes from our apartment.
