Changeover day is flexible. Before arrival, we arrange with our cleaning company that the apartment is 100% when arriving. And also where to pick up the key. Linen and towels are provided, not beach towels. Towels etc. can be cleaned in the apartments washing machine. Special prices for longer period winter letting are available, please ask for details. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable six weeks before departure. A security deposit of £85 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This fee will be refunded promptly once the property has been checked and the key returned.
