Siesta Dreams is situated in a secluded & quiet location in the village of Tala in a small select residential area. The house is positioned within a horse-shoe shaped cul-de-sac full of flowers such as Jasmine, Hibiscus and Borgonvillia. It is based on a small select development in a residential area. It has ample parking at the front of the house. A few steps lead from the back garden to the large kidney-shaped pool which is sheltered from the wind & has plenty of sun. This lovely south-facing pool is for the sole use of the residents & is surrounded by beautiful flowering trees and shrubs which are well established. It is subtly lit at night & a pool shower is available. A couple of bars & restaurants are located within 200 metres & the main traditional village square is no more than 600 metres away. Siesta Dreams is located within easy reach of 3 of the best golf courses in Cyprus. Tsada Golf Course is the nearest being approximatley 15 minutes from our house. It was opened in 1994 and is the oldest of Cyprus's 3 championship golf courses. It consists of two loops of nine holes with many of the fruit trees, grape vines and conifers planted during Tsadas initial development. Now reaching maturity thus giving the course excellent definition. It has 18 holes set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery in a gently sloping valley. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 metres and has an altitude of 550 metres above sea level ensuring cool breezes in the summer months. It also has a full size driving range, practice putting green, a chipping area and a video coaching service supplied by the resident PGA professional. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is approximately 18kms east of Paphos and approximately 25 minutes from Tala. It is an award winning 5 star course opened in 2002. It has 18 holes which offer a test of golf from start to finish - a championship standard course. It plays to a par 71 and is 6666 metres long. Secret Valley Golf Club, located next to Aphrodite Hill Golf Course is 18 holes set in spectacular scenery 18km east of Paphos. It plays to a par 71 and measures 5904metres.
