All this, combined with being a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport, 20 minutes from Paphos town centre and 45 minutes from the Troodos Mountains, make this villa an ideal place to stay. Aswell as four bedrooms the villa has three bathrooms, lounge with large LCD HD TV with full Sky package, DVD and Hi Fi. The Dinning area can comfortably accomodate eight, whilst the kitchen is open plan with all the latest equipment. Outside this property has a large south facing garden with luxury wooden furniture, including 8 sun beds, circular dinning table able to seat 12, barbecue area and private 10 x 5 metre pool.

- All the bedrooms benefit from airconditioning and have plenty of storage. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, luxury king size bed leading out onto a large balcony with views over your private pool and garden, plus if you look to east you can see the 6th green of the Aphrodite Hills Championship course. You also have your own on-suite bathroom with full size bath, seperate shower, toilet and his and hers basins! Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin bedded again with vaulted ceilings, balconys and air conditioning. Bedroom 4 is situated in the lower ground floor of the property with a luxury queen size bed, air conditioning, seperate shower room, basin and toilet. The property also boasts two luxury single folding beds aswell as a cot for the younger members of the family. All the beds are covered by luxury cotton bedding imported from the UK and the duvets and pillows are made with hypoallergenic material to ensure the perfect nights sleep.
