Our beautiful brand new villa sits in an elevated position with fabulous panoramic valley and sea views. It is located just outside the traditional Cypriot village of Kouklia which is just 20 mins from the centre of Paphos. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. We're just 15 mins from Paphos airport and 10 mins from the nearest beach at Mandria. It's perfect for golfers with 3 excellent 18 hole courses close by, the nearest being just 5 mins away. We have a large landscaped 2 tier pool terrace with plenty of tables, sunbeds and umbrellas. At the back of the villa we have a landscaped garden, BBQ & dining area. Our villa is luxuriously furnished and appointed throughout with leather upholstery in the lounge and dishwasher, washing machine and microwave in the kitchen. The latter is fully equipped, just like at home. We have stunning views from both inside & out.

Kouklia is a charming, traditional Cypriot village located just 20 mins drive from the heart of Paphos and 30 mins from Limassol. It has traditional tavernas, coffee shops and a small supermarket and is only a 10 minute stroll or 2 minute drive from our villa. You always receive a very warm welcome in the local tavernas which, being so close, offer a nice alternative to eating in or driving out somewhere. The location offers the best of both worlds - you can chill out and relax to your hearts content plus have the option of a livelier time within a short drive if you want to venture out a bit. Paphos has lots to offer for everyone - young and old, singles, couples and families. There's loads of bars and restaurants, the charming fishing harbour and medieval fort, and the quaint old town with its daily local market and many shops. There are all types of watersports from the beach, plenty of sports facilities for the active plus 10,000 years of history to discover.

More and more people are discovering Cyprus as a golfing destination.
The daytime temperature rarely falls below 16 deg. C which makes playing conditions perfect in the autumn and winter months.
There are three excellent 18 hole golf courses in the close proximity of our villa.
The nearest, Secret Valley Golf Club is a short 5 minute drive. The course plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120 meters. With it's driving range, chipping area and putting greens it is close enough to get in some daily practice! Secret Valley is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. It consistently appears as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment.
The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex has a championship course just a few miles further up the coast on the road to Limassol. Crowning Aphrodite Hills Resort's outstanding leisure facilities is the magnificent 18-hole golf course, designed by acclaimed course architect, Cabell B. Robinson. Five years in the making, it follows the scenic contours of two plateaux, its challenging fairways cutting a swathe through lakes, olive and carob trees. No wonder the course has taken its rightful place among the very best the Mediterranean can offer. Aphrodite Hills is just 10 mins drive from Villa Serenity.
The third one, Tsada Golf Club is just 30 minutes away, on the road to Polis. It was founded in 1994 on the hills of Tsada, and is set on the grounds of a 12th century monastery, in a verdant valley. Created by Donald Steel, it plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 meters. Situated on the outskirts of Pafos, the altitude of 550 meters above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer months.
