Directly accessible from the patio and sun terrace area, the lozenge shaped swimming pool has steps a ladder and a poolside shower. The garden around the swimming pool is planted especially for year round colour and fragrance. Pathways lead from the front to the rear of the villa. The medium sized rear garden is planted with aromatic herbs, pepper tree, citrus fruit trees and banana plants. This area is ideal to catch the early morning sun and provides a shady area to relax in the afternoon. It also has a gated entrance with parking space for two vehicles. Solar garden lights illuminate the entrance and pathway at night.
