A stylish 1st floor, 2 bedroomed city apartment in a peaceful location with balcony views toward the river. Rooms are tastefully furnished and well equipped for a comfortable and restful stay with a small stock of films, music and reading for guests to enjoy. The apartment is situated within the Bishops Wharf development and alongside the river Ouse. This location is a 5 minute walk from the city centre attractions, shops and its many restaurants and 2 minutes walk from local convenience stores, take-aways, delis and pubs. Access to the city wall is even closer, as is the waterside for walking and cycling (there are 2 adult bikes available for use by guests). The apartment comes with secure garaged parking plus an additional off road parking space for short stay. There will be complimentary treats to welcome you on arrival. Arrivals are from 3pm and departures by 11am. Short breaks available on request.
The Apartment is very central to York, approximately 5 minutes walk from all the city centre attractions, shops & restaurants. York train station is a 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes away by taxi. York is positioned midway between London and Edinburgh and is just 20 minutes from the M1/M62 motorway network enabling the city to be within comfortable travelling time of most regions of the UK.

Bookings are normally from Friday to Friday for 7 nights stay. Prices for one week start from £420 (max £725 at peak season). Short breaks are available outside of school holiday periods, please contact us to enquire about dates and prices (3 nights minimum stay). For Non UK resident bookings we require an additional payment of a non-refundable property insurance fee of £25.

The master bedroom has a high quality back-care King size bed & duck down duvet for a very comfortable nights sleep, with fitted wardrobes, dressing table, and radio-alarm clock. The second bedroom has single/twin or King size configuration beds, fitted wardrobe and side table, all bed linen is high quality, proffessionally laundered and inclusive. The bathroom has a bath, power shower, large fluffy bath sheets and hand towels.
