Situated between polzeath and Daymer Bay in North Cornwall, the perfect location to enjoy this famous holiday area. It is within 2 miles of Roserrow (18 holes) and St Enedoc (2 x 18 hole) Golf courses. Also within 2 miles are 3 beaches ideal for sandcastling, crabbing, surfing, wind-surfing, sailing, water-skiing, boat/fishing trips and the ferry to Padstow perhaps to dine at Rick Steins. The house accommodates 8 people in comfort with one double room and 3 twin rooms. There is a bathroom with electric shower over the bath and a shower room as well as an outdoor hot shower. Outside there is a large private garden, with a large raised decked area with views to Bodmin moor, a large terrace, lawns and borders. There is parking for up to 4 cars. Tha annexe is much smaller and cosier, with one double and one twin room, a kitchen/diner, sitting room and bathroom with electric shower over the bath. It has a small private garden and parking for 2 cars. No pets.

North Cornwall coastal village. 5 miles north of Wadebridge. 45 minutes off the A30 at the turning to North Cornwall. Rock, Polzeath and Daymer: 3 beaches within 2 miles to: surf, windsurf, sail (sailing school), water-ski (water-ski school), bucket and spade, rock pool, kite flying and dog walking. Polzeath and Daymer bay are vast beaches when the tide is out. Also mackerel fishing trips, boat trips, speed boat trips, ferry & water-taxi to Padstow. Stunning cliff path walks from the house. Port Isaac, Port Gaverne, Port Quinn all charming Cornish fishing ports within 5 miles of the house. PencarrowHouse under 8 miles away, the 50 acres of formal and woodland gardens and a beautiful house. Eden is under an hour away as are the Lost Gardens of Helligan, both well worth a day out.
