The cottage is situated in the private 70 acre estate of Rowse, a Grade 2 listed farmhouse in the beautuful, protected Tamar Valley. Tikkidew Cottage offers total privacy, is fully double glazed and has both central heating and a log burner. Only 1 mile from St Mellion Golf and Country Club, guests in Tikkidew receive free full Club memberships, So golf and use of the fabulous pools is free of charge.

Guests wanting breaks shorter than the stated period are advised to check with the owners. A deposit of 25% is due on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date. All cancellations made within this 6 week peroid will be liable for the full balance unless another let can be found. Prices quoted include all linen, towels, electricity and 2 full memberships to St Mellion. A £15 per week heating iol supplelment is charged if central heating is required.
