The larger balcony would accommodate 10/11 people to dine (or small barbecue for a winter evening) and in summer is a sun trap (hence the automatic sunshade!) and is secured for a play area for small children. There is an amazing double glazed veranda with a stunning panorama over the Aravis range and the valley of the Arve. The apartment is in a very quiet part of St Gervais overlooking the garden, you feel in the heart of the mountains but only 2 mins walk from cafes, restaurants and shops. The rack railway is 2 mins walk and the ski shuttle to the cabins (7 mins) stop out
