Situated between Biarritz and Bordeaux, our comfortable home with all mod cons is available for rental all year round. There are 2 bedrooms for either 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults.The comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen, stylish bathroom, together with books, TV, Hi-Fi games make after golf evenings a pleasure. Outside the patio barbecue area, with external cooking facilities makes alfresco soirees most pleasant. In the large gardens is an 10x5m pool, with plenty of pool furniture and a cooking/eating area, the whole being surrounded by woodland for a secluded feel. The property has a 3 star rating from the French tourist board. The village has a quality restaurant, bar and a shop for all basic needs. There are 5 top class Golf Courses nearby, the closest less than 15km, and 2 World Circuit Courses at the nearby Atlantic Coast, which boasts an enviable climate in all seasons. Local airports are at Biarritz, Bordeaux, and Pau, all less than 1 hours distance.

The House and Gardens are situated just outside the village, on the Route de Cachen. The whole area is deep in the heart of the largest forest in Europe, and as such has stunning scenery, wildlife a plenty, and very clean air. Access is possible by road from either Langon on the Bordeaux- Toulouse autoroute, or Labouheyre on the Bordeaux- Biarritz autoroute, a maximum of an hour from either. The nearest large town is Roquefort. We will supply detailed routes and maps with all bookings.

We ask for a 15% deposit, deductable from final payment at booking time. Balance is required no later than 6 weeks before commencement date of your stay.The deposit is taken as an intention to purchase, and is hence non-refundable. A caution cheque of £500 is required at the time of final balance payment, as a safeguard against breakages. (NB small items such as crockery, glasses etc are not covered by this, larger items will be pursued such as furniture, electricals,pool and ancillary eqipment). We accept no liability for loss of life, injury, or looss or damage to personal items during your stay, and would insist on full liability insurance. Number of persons staying at property must not exceed numbers booked. A strict no smoking policy is in place in the house.Outside smoking should be confined to areas away from the forest. No open fires on property whatsoever. We accept no liability for weather, or failure of equipment, but will endeavour to repair same as soon as possible.

We have 5 high quality courses in the region; including Seignosse voted best in France, and Moliets which is on the European tour.Nearest is at Mont de Marsan, and there are several smaller practice courses in the Landes.
