A characterful stone house, divided into 2 gites or can be rented as one 3 bedroom property. Domaine de Bourrat is situated in its own 80 acre valley, within the many beautiful valleys of the Lot region in SW France. Close to many sites of the Dordogne and Lot, with spectacular places to visit such as underground caverns and medieval towns built into cliffs. There are weekly markets, festivals and fetes throughout the summer to be found in local villages and towns. Domaine de Bourrat has a 9 Hole, Par 3, basic Golf Course on site and there are other 9 Hole and 18 Hole courses within an hours drive. Domaine de Bourrat also has a family run clubhouse in a converted barn which offers drinks, snacks, beer, wine and evening meals by arrangement. On site there is a swimming pool (15m x 10m), boules pitch, badminton and table tennis. Green fees / club hire and bike hire is available at reduced rates for guests staying a week or more. Horse riding is also available at an extra charge.
