Designed in 1989 by Jean Garaialde who played in numerous international competitions and Jeremy Pern who designed many international golf courses, the Roncemay Golf Course is 6,270 metres long. It crosses a great forest, skirts 5 lakes and opens onto a vast plateau modeled and coloured like Scottish links courses. It comprises two parts. The First, comprising eleven holes, crosses the forest of hundred year old oak trees, hedges and silver birches. The Second, more rustic and consisting of seven holes over an uneven plateau, overhangs the Auxerre countryside.
