- This lovingly restored home is located in a SW France in a friendly farming community near Aubeterre on the Charente Dordogne border about an hours drive from Bordeaux or Bergerac airports,in an area renowned for its beautiful scenery, excellent food and wines. Nearby are the famous Vinyards of Bordeaux, Bergerac and Cognac and the wine capital of St Emilion. Very close to the river Dronne which and has much to offer along its banks, great restaurants, pretty villages, a "sandy beach", small water park, fishing, canoeing etc. The sights of the Dordogne can easily be explored including mediaeval towns like Perigueux, the world famous painted caves and the weekly market at Riberac.
