This spacious property is rural yet close to major roads and the market town of Ploermel. Half hour from Rennes Airport, 1 hour from Dinard. Four bedrooms on ground floor level. Two double and two twin bedded rooms. One ensuite and one family bathroom. Large lounge diner with woodburning stove and fully equipped kitchen all on the first floor level. There is an above ground pool for the Summer months. Closest golf course is Lac au Duc, PLOERMEL, about 5 miles from property but there are numerous other golf courses within an hour's drive [list shown overleaf]. No membership fee necessary just green fees to pay on the day of very reasonable rates. Plenty activities for the non-golfer nearby.
