The nearest village with facilities is Teillet which is 2k away. The farmhouse has been recently renovated to a very high standard, and as far as possible, the original features have been retained. The house has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. The living room is on the ground floor and has a wood burning stove, the 1st double bedroom is also on the ground floor.The large kitchen dining room is on the 2nd floor, there are patio doors that open onto a small patio area. In the kitchen there is a large farmhouse table and small sofa for comfortable seating, there is also a small wood burning stove. the bathroom, toilet, and further 2 bedrooms are also on the 2nd floor

A small patio seating area is situated just outside the kitchen area, planted with flowering shrubs and herbs. The pool area has a separate seating area with a bbq. The pool is fenced and is cleaned and maintained regularly. It is a 10m x 5m pool, with wide graduated steps at the shallow end. There is a small area that is 1m deep which then graduates to 2m at the deep end. The pool and the pool area are well illuminated for evening use. Next to the pool is a small pool house, which houses the sun loungers and parasol.
