Rental Notes:
Rates include all utilities, bedding, linen, towels (if requested) tea towels and a comprehensive supply of cleaning and other sundry goods such as loo rolls, bin bags, kitchen towels, detergent & fabric softner, washing up liquid as well as cooking & olive oils and condiments. Basically we try to provide everything other than food, drink & personal toiletries so that there is no need for our guests to stock up on things they won't be able to use up in the space of a holiday. A 25% non refundable deposit secures booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday and £100 refundable security deposit is required cleared prior to arrival. This is usually repaid by internet banking within a week of return. From Oct to April we have the 'no frills deal' for only £145pw which means you bring your own bed linen, towels, products etc etc - great value for an off season break.
