There are three bedrooms and two suites, each with their own character and charm, and all magnificently appointed with luxurious bathrooms. Each has a beautiful view of the Vienne Valley and includes satellite TV, clock/radio, hairdryer, and programmable, electronically controlled safe for storage of valuable items. Guests are provided with towels, dressing gowns, bed linen and complimentary toiletries. There are also four very well equipped gîtes and an impressively appointed seminar/reception room. High quality facilities within the beautiful three hectare park include 17m swimming pool, well equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, badminton, table tennis, trampoline, basketball, fishing, licensed bar and plentiful private parking. Domaine de Forest has been awarded the highest (4 épis) classification by Gîtes de France. WiFi Internet access is available throughout the site. The adjoining Golf de la Porcelaine offers a green fee reduction of 20% to all our guests.

We are situated less than 10 minutes from Limoges and only 20 minutes from Limoges International Airport with flights from London Stansted, East Midlands, Liverpool, Newcastle, Southampton and Manchester. Only five minutes from the A20 motorway, we are an ideal stopover for those travelling to Spain and beyond. Domaine de Forest is well located for Guests to take full advantage of the enormous variety of local attractions of wide appeal within the Limousin region. An energetic and charming city, Limoges provides all the shopping, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, heritage and cultural attractions to be expected of the historical regional capital of Limousin. Of particular interest are the numerous shops, workshops, and factories specialising in enamel work and fine Limoges porcelain. There are also many fascinating ancient buildings, historical monuments, museums and galleries well worth a visit. The Limousin Region is a true paradise for those interested in outdoor pursuits.

Domaine de Forest is ideally situated and well equipped for Golfers. On site facilities include golf equipment storage area with secure lockers featuring recharging points for electric golf trolleys. We are located adjacent to the prestigious Golf de la Porcelaine (18 holes, par 72, 6,035 m, slope 135), one of the Peugeot Golf Guide’s Top 1,000 European Courses and acknowledged to be the Limousin’s premier golf venue. It comprises over 75 hectares of beautifully green and varied landscape on the tranquil slopes of the Vienne Valley which offer panoramic views. The course was skilfully and sympathetically created by Jean Garaîalde in 1988 to include the challenging obstacles of bunkers, slopes, forests, lakes and streams. It boasts a superb driving range and putting green. There is an impressive Club House, a well stocked shop and an outstanding restaurant offering delightful lunchtime menus featuring regional cuisine. We enjoy a close relationship with Golf de la Porcelaine, and all Guests of Domaine de Forest are eligible for a 20% reduction in green fees. There are many other courses within the Limousin and a Golf Pass is offered to enable visitors to enjoy them at discounted rates. The next nearest to us are Golf de Saint Junien (18 holes, par 72, 5,516 m, slope 129) at 30 minutes’ (45 km) drive and Golf Municipal de Limoges Saint-Lazare (18 holes, par 72, 6,222 m, slope 120-124) at less than 10 km. Working in association with Golf de la Porcelaine and Golf en Limousin, we can offer tailored golf breaks, training sessions and so on in response to our Guests' exact requirements.
