Situated on the 2nd floor (top), the studio provides comfortable living space with separate kitchen and a sunny, secluded balcony. It is set in a beautiful and well-maintained private holiday residence on the edge of Jard sur Mer and is just 450m from a picturesque beach. The accommodation comprises a principle room furnished with 'clic-clac' style sofa bed, two easy chairs, dining table & chairs, TV/DVD (French stations) and a CD/radio/cassette player. Sliding glazed doors open onto the balcony which has table & chairs for outside dining. The separate kitchen (which also has a door to the balcony) has a hob, 'combi' microwave/grill/oven, fridge, coffee maker and ample crockey, cutlery and cookware. The bathroom has a bath with shower over & hand basin and there is a separate toilet. The apartment is all electric and has wall-mounted heaters. Bicycles are provided for our guests to use - kept in the lockable basement storeroom, also useful for storing luggage and clubs.

Golf details
PORT BOURGENAY is the nearest golf course, about 10kms, between Jard sur Mer and Les Sables d'Olonne. This is part of the Formule Golf group (see their website) and is an 18 hole/par 72 course on the edge of the sea, bordering a forest and overlooks the Port Bourgenay marina.
LA DOMANGERE (18hole/72 par) is situated at Nesmy, near La Roche sur Yon - about 25kms. Also part of the Formule Golf group, they say it is the highest slope in France with a wealth of shots to be played, a delightful course that those in search of new challenges will want to experience!
LES FONTENELLES is situated at L'Aguillon sur Vie, close to St Gilles-Croix de Vie and about 45kms from Jard sur Mer. Another Formule Golf (18hole/72 par course) which, they say is best known for its driving range and provides an excellent succession of water features, maritime pine and oaks over more than 2 miles.
Other golf courses can be found at St Jean de Monts, Cholet, La Rochelle and Ile-d'Olonne.
