- Notes
- Our nearest golf-course- Golf des Baux de Provence-is just 2 km away with another at Mouries-Golf de Servannes- 10 km and at Fontvieille-Golf d'Allauch- under 15 km. Within 50km there are over a dozen e.g.Provence Country Club, Aix and Port Royal Golf at Mallemort, with around 40 within 100km from Villa la Pinede. The golfers can enjoy a different and varied golf-course every day. For the non-golfers there is a vast amount of history in the area including many Roman sites such as Glanum, with well-preserved amphitheatres at nearby Arles, Nimes and Orange. We have a particular interest in art and sculpture with a fine collection on display at the villa. Art and wine chauffeured tours are offered on reservation with art and pottery courses possible. Marseille and Montpellier not far away with lots of museums and shops. Transfers for up to 10 guests can also be provided from nearby Nimes and Marseille airports.
