Large grass surfaces exist alongside with citrus trees, palms and cypresses. An also large pergola with en external barbecue invites you to enjoy eating at the garden. Exclusive mansions and a few smaller holiday units (without the disturbance of animation and night activities in the nearby areas), permit you to enjoy peace and privacy without restrictions. Generous terraces and balconies provide you a green-blue panorama with unforgettable sunrises and romantic sunsets. The vacation homes with sea- and forest-view are exclusive and tastefully equipped.

Polichrono
SUN RESIDENCE is in the center of the western peninsula of Chalkidike, Kassandreia, between the village of Kriopigi and 600m before Polichrono, in a calm mansion area, with a quiet beach. The approach road to our lodgings is directly possible from the mainstreet. Driving from Thessaloniki, after 90 km, SUN RESIDENCE is on your left side.

On the second peninsula of Chalkidike (Sithonia), nearby Marmaras, at the Porto Carras complex (approx. 90 km from SUN RESIDENCE), golf-fans can enjoy the new 18-holecourse. The driving-route to Porto Carras is a pleasure for the visitors. The sight of the blue sea and the golden hidden beaches in contrast with the mountains and the vineyards will inspire you. You can also visit the famous wine cellar of Porto Carras and taste the excellent wines (only by appointment), also having the opportunity to buy some at the best prices. Don´t forget to visit the village of Parthenon, in the area of Marmaras, with its fantastic view which will astonish you! The graphic mountain and water landscape with its picturesque small ports and the hidden golden sand beaches are worth being discovered by you!
