I 99 olivi"("The 99 olive trees") is a beautiful old house situated amongst a grove of olive trees. It is located less than 2km from the beach in Imperia (Italy) in the heart of the Riviera dei fiori. The house has been converted into 3 attractive holiday apartments all of which are available to rent on a weekly basis. The apartments were fully refurbished in October 2006 and are named after the three women that owned the cottage and lived there during the nineteenth century, carrying on the olive and olive oil trade: Battistina (Battina) and her two daughters Elisa (Litta) and Elvira. "Litta" is perfect for a couple or a couple with a baby. It is located on the ground floor of the cottage and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed, a cot can be provided on request. The guests can also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden. A path behind the house leads to a panoramic garden overlooking Imperia bay, ideal to relax.

Imperia is: sunshine, olive and citrus trees, mediterranean scrub, beautiful sand and rocky beaches, crystal water. The climate which is mild for most of the year is typical of this area being sheltered by the Alps from the northern winds. 1.2 miles from the centre of Imperia Oneglia, only 15 miles from Sanremo (well-known for the famous Casino and Italian music Festival) and 35 miles from Monte Carlo. 15 miles from Alassio with its typical narrow lanes and fancy shops. only a few miles from many charming small medieval villages like Civezza, Dolceacqua, Bussana, Finalborgo...

CASTELLARO GOLF RESORT 9.5 miles from the "i 99 olivi" Villa, there is the Castellaro Golf Resort, well integrated in the green landscape of this valley from the western Liguria, between the village of Castellaro and Pompeiana. The splendid climate give the possibility of playing all year long, giving real pleasure to your game. GARLENDA GOLF CLUB 12.5 miles towards Savona there is the Garlenda Golf Club, located in the valley of Lerrone river, one of the most picturesque valleys in the inland of Liguria, and it is surrounded by ancient olive yards and pinewoods. The 18 holes golf course, which was opened in 1965, has been designed by architects Morrison and Herris, who wonderfully blended it in the local landscape without altering the environmental characteristics.
