For eager golfers and holiday-makers who enjoy the beach, hiking in the hills or just spending a relaxing day by the pool, this is the perfect holiday destination.
We are renting a fully furnished modern apartment in our holiday home in Garlenda on Italy's Ligurian coast. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. It is about 60 sq metres in size and the rooms open onto the terrace or garden.
Guests also have sole access to a private swimming pool (4x8 metres) with jacuzzi on the top terrace. The apartment is also equipped with TV-satellite and Internet and has a laundry room on the ground floor.
Garlenda Golf Club is just down the road -about 5-6 min walk and has a great restaurant. The apartment is also within walking distance from the village of Garlenda where there are several restaurants and pizzerias.
The beautiful coastal town of Alassio is about 7 minutes drive from Garlenda.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
The apartment is rented out for minimum 7 days.
RENTAL RATES:
2008-09:
Low season (1 September-30 April 2009): EUR 650
Middle season (1 May to 30 June): EUR 870
High season (1 July and 31 August): EUR 1,100
The rental rate includes: Bed linen, towels (except beach towels), hot and cold water, electricity and gas, and use of central heating when required. Also includes exclusive use of pool and jacuzzi (middle and high season) and BBQ.
For rentals of one month (or more) during the low season, we give a special rate of EUR500 per week.
PAYMENT TERMS: 30% of the rental cost on booking and the balance of 70% to be paid one month before arrival.
CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation takes effect only when we receive a written
notification from the person who signed the rental agreement, and applies from the date we receive the notification.

The apartment is within walking distance from the club house and village of Garlenda where there are great restaurants and pizzerias. The golf club also has an excellent restaurant!
Alassio which is about 7 minutes drive from Garlenda has splendid sandy beaches, hundreds of bars and restaurants as well as superb boutiques full of Italian design.
The medieval village of Colla Micheri is also only about 10-15 minutes' drive from Garlenda.
