The house is a typical Umbrian stone farmhouse dating back from centuries ago, surrounded by 2 ha. of private land and offering a panoramic view across the Carpina valley. The owners have recently restored the house with particular care, respecting the original architecture. High ceilings, exposed wooden beams, stone features and terracotta tiles provide a rustic atmosphere.
