The property is surrounded by olive groves and young cherry and walnut plantations and, during the months of May and June, the fields and hedgerows are filled with wild flowers. There is a lively market at Umbertide every Wednesday. All sorts of shops and supermarkets as well as recommended restaurants can be found in and around the town. All the famous historic places like Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, Florence etc. are within easy reach. Or if you prefer to visit the rather unknown spots, we'll be delighted to share our knowledge of the area with you!

All rentals include electricity, gas for hot water, linen and towels but no pool towels. Heating during the cooler months is at additional cost - please enquire. Wood for the fireplaces is available at a small additional cost. Payment of 30% non-refundable on reservation, balance due 2 months before rental period. Deposit of 200 will be requested for extra costs (telephone, heating, wood, washing machine, baby sitting etc., also damages). The deposit will be refunded within 14 days from departure, subject to any damage or additional expenses incurred. Discounts offered for combination of apartments and last minute bookings.
