Historic house in San Martino Alfieri
San Martino Alfieri is a small village in the Monferrato, bordering on the Langhe. Thanks to its strategic position consent easely to reach the major Golf clubs of Piemonte and Liguria. Land, Art, Culture, Wine and Food at hand. Monferrato and the Langhe are all to be discovered during an holiday. Within the castle's private park sits a quiet isolated farmhouse named Margherita. The farmhouse enjoys breathtaking views over the hills and villages below. Margherita is perfect for small groups seeking privacy and would be appropriate for family or corporate retreats. On the ground floor is a breakfast room, kitchen, one bedroom and bath, and a salon with veranda. The upstairs contains three bedrooms with baths. All rooms are decorated with antiques. Adjacent to the house is a "limonaia," which houses potted lemon trees in winter. We organize wine tasting and visit at the park and the historic cellar.

San Martino Alfieri is sourraunded from a lot of Golf coures. The nearest are: Golf Club Feudo in Asti, 18 holes. 20 km far from us. Golf Club in Alba, 9 holes.
30 Minutes far from us, in the ancient city of Cherasco a 18 holes course.
Near Alessandria (40 minutes from here) there is the Margara Golf Club, 36 holes.
