Set in the heart of the stunning region of Le Marche with fabulous views over rolling countryside and the mountains beyond, Casa Rustica is a delightful, sympathetically renovated farmhouse set in its own gardens. Weather permitting, meals are served outside in the garden. What could be more delightful: enjoying a hearty breakfast, while sitting in the shade of a tree and planning the day ahead? Ample parking. Hair dryer provided. Beach towels available. Touristy it is not - this is realy Italy at her finest! Plenty to see and do, with something to suit everyone! Horse riding, cycling, golf, bird watching, walking, swimming, wine tasting, and much more! Beaches 30 mins, mountains 30 mins, pool 5 mins, Ancona airport (Ryanair) 20 mins.

San Marcello
Casa Rustica is surrounded by countryside and is very peaceful. The sleepy medieval village of San Marcello is 2km away, with a bar, restaurants, shops, bank, chemist and a post office. The bustling medieval market town of Jesi is 8km away, with impressive Roman ramparts, numerous bars and restaurants. The regional capital of Ancona is 35 minutes away, with the busiest port in the Adriatic. There are many local villages, all with their own restaurants and bars, and all easily accessible by car. Plenty of opportunity for wine tasting, cycling, sight-seeing, etc. Hill walking is very popular and easily accessible half-an-hour away. Italians are keen cyclists, and bikes can be hired in Jesi. The beaches are beautiful and just 20 minutes away. Or go for a swim at a local pool, just 5 minutes away with stunning views.

The nearest golf club is at the Conero Golf Club on the edge of the beatiful Conero National Park. Dramatic views and fabulous facilities. Approximately 30-40 minutes away. 18 holes championship course, 5938m PAR 72 plus an Executive Course, golf academy, driving range, chipping area, putting green, bar and restaurant, locker room, pro-shop, swimming pool, tennis courts. Open all year. There is also a golf driving range in Jesi.

Coast / beaches
Explore the idyllic coastlinje of Sirolo, Porto Novo and Numana, set in the national park of Monte Conero, with private coves and dramatic cliffs. There are also extensive beaches to the north of Ancona at Senegallia. Of if you prefer, the nearest pool is just 5-minutes away from Casa Rustica.

Disabled access
The living accommodation is not on the ground floor, as is typical of Italian farmhouses, and might therefore not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
