For reservations made between 11 weeks - 6 months in advance
Once the on-line reservation form has been received and we have confirmed availability, the booking is considered definite once a deposit of 50% of the full stay is paid. The remaining balance is to be paid latest 10 weeks prior to the booked period, if it is not received when due, we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for the cancellation charges shown below.
If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the letting period then the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
£500 returnable security deposit is payable with your final balance, which is refundable in whole, or in part dependant on any damage caused, a week after departure.
