As the house is so well positioned and has quick access to the E45 Superstrada many famous towns can be visited for just a morning or afternoon visit. The nearest village is Spina (2.5kms) which has a mini-market for essential items, a bank with bancomat, chemist, butcher, post office and a café. 11 kms away is the town of Marsciano. It has 3 supermarkets and a full range of shops, banks, cafes and a post office, plus a lively weekly market and a wide selection of restaurants.
