The villa accommodates 18-22 people using additional sofa beds and can be rented as a whole for group holidays and weddings or partially for smaller groups and events.

A weekly clean, bed linen, bath and swimming pool towels are included in the price. Additional cleaning, maid service and a chef can be supplied, the cost for which will be dependant upon the guests requirements. There is a flat utility fee of Euro 300,00 per week. A security deposit of Euro 1.000,00 is required on arrival. Booking Terms: 30% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date. Golf details
The UNA Poggio dei Medici Golf Glub is situated in the Mugello Valley, Tuscany which is 30km north east of Florence. The Club offers a superb 18 holes par 73 golf course and was designed by professional player Baldovino Dassù and Italian architect Alvise Rossi Fioravanti, constructed to USGA standards. The course is 6.397 meters long, 5.091 from the Ladies Tees, and 6.519 meters from the Championship Tees. The course, that was used for the Ladies Italian Open from 1999-2003, has four different playing routes within the 18 holes. There is a driving range, complete with shaded driving bay and putting and pitching greens and a PGA Academy Professional offers private lessons. The course is open all year round, 7 days a week and Golf carts are available for rent.
