Villa Ronchi is an old 1800's country house, restored with great care while maintaining its architectural style as well as its original details. Situated in the "Lucca" countryside, is surrounded by a spacious garden which is shaded by centuries old trees with a fully equipped swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests as well as a gazebo, BBQ and parking area. The Villa is situated in a very quiet and tranquil area, about 1 km from Orentano (grocery stores), 5 km from Altopascio (shops of all kinds), 15 Montecatini Terme (golf), 15 Lucca, 25 San Miniato, 45 Versilia beaches, 40 Pisa, 55 Florence. Interiors: soft colours, light, space and silence, a genteel meeting of ancient style and comfort. Ground Floor: 3 large communicating rooms from both with fireplaces and a large kitchen/dining area, one double room, one bathroom (can be accessed directly from outside and suitable for the handicapped); First Floor: 2 double rooms, 2 bedrooms with raised balcony like area , closet
