• The large (35 square meters) 2+ 2 bed bedroom is suitable not only for sleeping, but also as a living, because it is equipped with satellite TV, CD player, DVD etc.In short, the house is made up of: 1 kitchen/living room + 2 bedrooms + 1 full bathroom + 1 powder room + 2 pantries. The house does not have a lawn, but there is space just outside the French doors leading out from the downstairs bedroom for a table, sunshade and chairs. There are two entrances, the front door which takes you into the kitchen/pantry and the back door which leads to the downstairs bedroom, as the house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other. The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 19th century); we have provided a television (satellite), radio and CD player. We have not yet installed a telephone (there is a public phone in town if you don't have a mobile), but telephone, computer and internet access are available at our office

• Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature's lovers. However, it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence,Siena, etc., and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio,which are among the most famous Italian beaches) are no more than 30 miles far. Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. Pascoso is a hiker's paradise, from short strolls in the hillsides with your children or dog, stopping to taste cool water at a natural spring, to longer hikes, where you can walk all day long without meeting a soul and sleep overnight in one of the many shelters that dot the valley. Many of the mule paths are suitable for mountain bikes and horses, which you can rent in Pascoso. A section of the Turrite Stream is reserved for fishing. Trout abound, although, given the low levels of the water, they generally do not grow to be very large.
