- Lucca: a city of Ligurian-Etruscan origins, enclosed by a circle of 16th-century walls, with its palaces, churches, towers and gardens is a small enchanted world. From the charming garden on top of the tower of Palazzo Guinigi there is a splendid view of the city, with its red rooftops, its campaniles and the surrounding countryside which ends in the distance with the majestic profile of the Apuan Mountains. Walking down toward the centre, you will discover 14th-century houses, renaissance loggias, small antique shops open along the stone-paved alleyways and you can buy “buccellato”, a typical local cake in the small pastry shops with tables set out along the street. A must see: a trip to the Garfagnana, a vast valley that reaches from the Apennine to the Apuan mountains with a grand variety of landscapes. GOLF CLUB SERBACCO
We only simply modified the land surrounding our houses vacation, moved enough to create a pleasant and nice route, where each of the nine holes has its own feature which makes it different from the others. The field is in the middle of vineyards, olive trees and cypresses, with its wild plants creating natural hedges. The location of the holes has been designed so that the player can easily follow every stages of the game, but also to satisfy the curiosity and the desire to discover this wonderful sport for people who do not know anything about it. The Pitch & Putt as the Golf let you to stay outdoors; it is a sport where concentration, self-discipline, physical and mind activity live together like a game entertainment with the nature. It is a more compact and faster version of golf, where no holes are longer more than 90 metres, in order to consider the more technical stage of this sport, but at the same time to have a real golf course in a space not too wide. It is suitable for beginners, young and advanced, the latter can refine their short game. All the areas of the links (tee, green, bunker) have the same features and qualities as the traditional fireways Each hole has its name which recalls the individual characteristics and makes it more familiar. The holes are by 3.
The practice green has been designed as an area where players of any level can both practice, enjoy and meet friends. The roofing for indoor practice has a modern but not ordinary design. The patting green, the pitching green and the locations are arranged as to be easily reached and near the bar area. The driving range is 180 metres long and it is oriented towards the ills of the town of Pescaglia. We offer both single courses and for groups. The costs are very accessible as we think this the best way to start people to play this sport. Here you can rent all the equipment needed without having to buy all the material.
