At Sandycove Villas, we can offer you a three bedroom villa for larger groups of up to 5 people. Each boutique style villa is equipped for self catering and offers you the following facilities: Air condition, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, oven, cutlery and crockery, hot water and refrigerator. There are 2 toilets in each villa with a twice weekly maid service. There is air conditioning provided on site for your comfort. We can also provide you with a safe for your peace of mind, although we charge a small deposit for the key. The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. The complex has ample parking for hire cars and as the villas are situated in the tourist region of Flic en Flac there are local car hire companies nearby. The beach is a 2 min walk and the local bus stop provides comprehensive links to the rest of the island.

We are happy to accept most major credit card bookings, but there is a 3% booking fee or we can arrange to have cheque and bank transfers as well. The minimum deposit is 25% of your holiday cost to hold the property until 8 weeks before your arrival date. We then require full payment of rental period paid 8 weeks in advance of your arrival. There is also an additional £100 breakages deposit, which will be returned to you no later than 14 days after your departure.

- You will find on the first floor the two larger double bedrooms with, a double bed, wardrobe two bedside tables, and a medium size mirror on the wall over a separate dressing table and stool. Both the main bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning for your comfort. The main double room has a room safe securely installed for your use. Both the main bedrooms have a patio door which opens onto small balconies over looking the pool/garden area. There is one smaller single room, on this floor, facing the car park, which is to the back of the properties; this is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, one bed-side table, and a medium size mirror on the wall over a separate dressing table and stool. This smaller single room has a ceiling fan, but no air-conditioning.

The capital City and main harbour buzzes from Monday to Friday as the business centre of the island. The streets are lined by royal palm trees and old stone buildings are undisturbed by daily road traffic. Visitors will be delighted by cultural Theatre of Port –Louis built in the 19 th Century and known to be the oldest in the region. In the centre of Port-Louis, the Champ de Mars is a very popular racetrack, the oldest in the southern hemisphere. It has been often associated with national and political events since the official flag raising ceremony in 1968 to mark the independence of the country. Today, it still attracts a large crowd during horse-racing season from May to November.
Port –Louis is still at the heart of local life and traditions. All the ingredients are gathered to capture the essence of Mauritius: local crafts, bright sarongs, colourful heaps of vegetables and fruits, spices, savouries filled with curry and chutney.
SSR Botanical Gardens
Naturalists throughout the world know the garden for its large collection of indigenous and exotic plants, including the giant Victoria Amazonian water lilies and many species of palm trees. Of particular interest is the Talipot Palm which dies after one and only flowering Deer and tortoises will delight all the members of the family, while an old French mansion the chateau Mon Plaisir, and the old sugar mill help tell the story of Mauritius rich historical past.
