The luxury apartment sleeps 4 and is located in a lovely quiet area on a small select development within 20min walk to Carvoeiro. The balcony overlooks the central pool complex and sun terraces set in landscaped gardens with a separate childrens pool. There are poolside showers and a pool house containing changing rooms & toilet facilities. The famous Penina course near Portimao is within 30min drive and the Gramacho/Pinta courses are nearby. The Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is approx 10min walk. Beaches within walking distance and waterparks, Zoomarine all within easy driving distance. Their are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin each with its own en suite shower or bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc and the lounge has satellite TV,DVD/CD player. For winter lets, there is underfloor heating to the bedrooms and a log burner in the lounge/dining room. There is also underground parking. Nearby towns include Silves Portimao and Lagos

The area has been developed in traditional style in recent years to provide a popular holiday destination for everyone but still maintaining its character. There are numerous golf courses and beaches to choose from throughout the area and good night life in Carvoeiro. A car will get you into the countryside within 15 minutes and the Monchique mountains are well worth a trip

Golf details
The Pestana complex includes the very popular Championship Pinta course which is approx 10-15 min drive and is one of the worlds 100 top courses. The more open Gramacho course has been upgraded to an 18 hole.
The famous Penina course designed by Sir Henry Cotton is near Portimao approx 30mins drive and is a must for visitors and has hosted the Portugese open many times. It is an easy course to walk.
Vale do Milho is a friendly, pretty 9 hole par 3 course within 10min walking distance of the apartment
Other challenging courses throughout the Algarve are within a 45 min drive
