This well-located two bedroom casa is a good option for golfers, families and couples situated near to golden sandy beaches and the unspoilt fishing village of Ferragudo. The property is modern and comfortable with an excellent standard of furnishing. The ground floor consists of a lounge/dining room, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area. There is also a WC and shower room. Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin both with en-suite and balconies. There is also access to a private roof terrace where you can take in beautiful panoramic views. Outside within the grounds you can relax on the sun loungers in the well kept gardens and terrace or take a dip in the communal swimming pool. The pool is shared with three other similar sized houses and there is private access from the garden and the area is secure and safe. There is also a large private BBQ area perfect for eating outside on summer evenings.

Location
Close by in the village you can enjoy the fine restaurants, cafés and bars. Live music can be heard during the summer months on Saturdays in the square. In the village you will also find supermarkets, bakeries, a post office, gift shops, a pharmacist, a butcher's and tourist information. Whilst Ferragudo is a very quiet, calm place you can venture into Carvoeiro, Portimao and Praia da Rocha where there is night-life, shopping and restaurants to suit all. Golfers can also enjoy many courses close-by including The Meridian Championship Course at Penina, the two Pestana courses, Gramacho and Pinta. Other local attractions include the Carvoeiro Tennis Club, Slide & Splash and the Zoo Marine.
The village of Ferragudo is a 30 minute walk away or 5 minutes in the car. There are also several restaurants and a supermarket all within 5/10 minutes walk from the casa.

A 10% deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure date. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date the full amount is due on reservation. Refundable £150 security deposit due with the balance to cover damages, repairs or lost keys.
