This two bedroom luxury Townhouse which sleep up to 6 is ideal for relaxing or using as a base for golf, beach, tennis and other outdoor activities. For golfers there is a 30% golf discount on green fees. The Master bedroom has a large double bed, two double wardrobes and safe, en-suite spa bath ans shower and patio access to garden. The guest bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobes and a separate bathroom. The lounge/Dining room has a TV, DVD, real fire, and two sofas, with one converting into double bed. The dining room seats six and has a patio door to the balcony overlooking the private garden and national park. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker/hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle toaster.

Budens
The townhouse is located close to the town of Budens which ia about 15 minutes by car to Lagos. The village of Burden has a well stocked supermarket, bakery, petrol station, cash-point and restaurant. There are many unspoilt sandy beaches (Lagos, Luz, Burgau) with Salema being the nearest just 2 miles away in a fishing village with cafes and restaurants offering the catches of the day. The idyllic sandy beaches of the south coast contrast with the dramatic surfing beaches along the west coast (Sagres) found approx 15 mins drive away and is renowned as one of the best surfing beaches in Europe. Lagos has one of the longest beaches in the Algarve and offers dolphin safaris and boat trips.

The Townhouse is located at the Parques da Floresta golf course which is a challenging 18-hole par 71 championship golf course on undulating terrain, with great views of surrounding Algarvian countryside towards Atlantic Ocean. Beautifully maintained and manicured with no two holes the same. Handicap certificate not required but the course is very challenging. Guest discount on green fees is 30%. Other facilities include a covered driving range, putting greens, golfing academy with video coaching lessons, Pro shop with hire of shoes, clubs trolleys and buggies (highly recommended). The are over twenty other courses in the Western Algarve anumber within a 25 minute drive from the house and include Boavista, Palmares and Penina - all within easy driving distance.

Eating out
The traditional sleepy village of Budens has a few wonderful and traditional restaurants, in particular O Tiago's. Parque da Floresta Golf Resort hosts and exciting range of restaurants, namely O Parque, The Spa Terrace, The Blue Lagoon, Vincentino's Trattoria and The Blue Wave Beach Bar, which all offer a variety of traditional Portuguese and European cuisines.

From the Airport
The house is approx 100km (1 hour) from Faro airport and transfers are simple. Car hire is recommended as the many wonderful beaches within the local coastline region of the Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vincentina Natural Park, must be explored and experienced.
