Beautiful Villa in Guia with large pool and private spacious gardens.
Casa Maria is a three bedroomed, fully air-conditioned villa all on one level with a private 10m x 5m heatable pool (supplement applies) and spacious gardens. It is situated on the residential estate of Quinta dos Alamos which has a park, pretty cobbled streets and a small childrens play area. Guia, with its restaurants and amenities is a 5 - 10 min walk away. It has a daily market, supermarkets, cafes, a bank, a pharmacy and some small shops. The villa is comfortably furnished throughout and the garden has fig, almond and carob trees. It also has a slightly elevated position which means there are wonderfuls views. The kitchen was replaced in 2006 and is well equipped. There is a breakfast area that looks out on to the pool and garden. Outside the kitchen door is a sun/dining terrace that has a brick built barbeque.

Guia is famous for it's chicken piri piri restaurants and there are loads to choose from. You can walk to Guia in 5 - 10 minutes. There are some lovely beaches 5 - 10 minutes drive away. Gale and Salgados are our favourites. Zoomarine is a great day out and is on the outskirts of Guia about a 5 minute drive. Aqualand is the closest water park and is about 10 minutes away. There are other water parks about 20 minutes away. Krazyworld has two 18 hole crazy golf courses and a small zoo. It is 20 minutes by car.

| Notes | Please bring your own beach/pool towels. The villa is looked after by a local English speaking management agent and an information folder is provided which contains emergency out of hours contact numbers and details of places of interest and restaurants, etc. Changeover day is Saturday, but can be flexible out of season if possible. Villa must be vacated by 10am on departure day and will not generally be available until 2pm on arrival day. If this causes you problems please let me know. |
Golf details
Salgados is the closest golf course and is 5 minutes drive away.
There is a new golf course at Silves which is also nearby.
Guia is in the centre of the Algarve so nothing is too far.
