'Casa Bonita' is to found on a small exclusive development of 14 villas on the hillside overlooking the new Albufeira Marina development, known as 'Altro da Marina'. The development has beautiful unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the art-deco architecture of Albufeira Marina. To the east the recently renovated town centre of Albufeira is just 5 mins drive away, with its lively resturants and bars. For the young at heart the Albufeira strip is a further 3 mins drive away. There are countless beaches and coves on the Algarve and no less than a dozen within a 5 min drive. The closest of which, and the most beautiful, are San Rafael, Gale & Castelo which are situated to the right of the marina.

25% deposit is payable on booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before holiday rental period. If bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance then full payment is required when booking. We will accept payment by cheque/bankers draft in either GBP pounds or EUROs.
When you book with us a further £100 security/breakage deposit is required, in addition to your the final balance owed. This can be sent as a seperate cheque along with the final payment. We will hold the cheque 'uncashed' until a satisfactory inspection has been made after your departure, when you will receive the cheque back.

Book now to avoid disappointment!
I have owned Casa Bonitia for 2 years, it has been fully booked, apart from when I use it, from March right thru to November both years, I fully expect 2009 to be the same although I am now also offering it for let in December, January and February to golfers which I have not done before.
