Newly completed our villa with its own pool lies at the heart of the picturesque Portuguese fishing village of Burgau. The villa lies on a quiet cul-de-sac but within 5 minutes gentle stroll down to the blue flag beach. All the villages restaurants and bars etc are also on your doorstep making a car unnecessary for those who do not wish to drive. The villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard and has the benefit of a large 2nd lounge/games room with a full size pool table and flat screen TV with Playstation 2. The main lounge has soft Italian leather settees and all matching contempoary furniture and soft furnishings. This lounge also has the benefit of a flat screen TV with satellite channels enabling you to keep abreast of the UK soaps and sports and news. The villa has two master bedrooms (both en-suite) and two further twin bedded rooms. There is also a further large shower room as well. The villa has a state of the art sound system installed with integral speakers.

Burgau is a picturesque typically Portuguese fishing villa with a stunning blue flag beach. Great restaurants and bars and one discotecque. Burgau is only approx 10 minute drive from Lagos which is often described as the most architecturally picturesque town on the Algarve. The new marina is a great place to "people watch" and the old town with its cobbled streets is a great place to shop etc. Within a couple of kilometers are Pria da Luz and Salema. Great location for golf as Boa Vista and Parque da Floresta are both within 5/10 minutes drive. Palmares, Penina, Pinta and Gramacho are all within 10/25 minutes drive. Within 45 minutes drive are so many golf courses they are to many to mention.
