This relatively new villa has been impeccably decorated and furnished. Each bedroom has its own colour scheme with co-ordinating soft furnishings and all the bathrooms have corner baths. The architecture is attractive and interesting with curved walls and an impressive circular entrance hall. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with two enormous fridge freezers and a built in Cooker and Hob. The sitting room is well furnished with a plush, curved sofa, a lovely dining suite and a wood burning stove. There are mosquito nets on all doors and windows. The villa is on a large plot of land and is close to the village of Porches and Armação de Pêra with good restaurants and a long sandy beach. It is also a short drive from the lively resort of Praia do Carvoeiro.

Coast/Beach The Villa is located just outside the picturesque town of Porches where many Restaurants and Bars are located for those long summer evenings. The town and beaches of Armcao De Pera is just a few minutes away by car towards the coast road. The picture-postcard village of Porches lies just off the EN125 main road, midway between Alcantarilha and Lagoa. The area is noted for its classic white regional-style houses punctuated with striking decorated chimneys.

Vila Sol Golf At Vila Sol Golf you will find a fabulous 27-hole golf course designed by the famous architect Donald Steel, which stretches along a wide valley, naturally sculpted by Mother Nature and divided into three loops with three different levels of difficulty: Prime, Challenge and Prestige. Vilamoura Laguna Golf Laid out over low-lying coastal terrain, this course, with its many water hazards and few trees, is considerably different from the other ones at the resort and many of its holes convey a links atmosphere. Vilamoura Millennium golf This conventional Par-72 course opened in the year 2000, although the completely refurbished back nine holes – formerly part of the 27-hole Laguna Course - had been completed in their original configuration a decade before. Vilamoura Old Course Situated in the heart of the Vilamoura seaside resort a mere 20-minute drive from Faro airport, this Frank Pennink designed parkland style layout is one of the oldest in the region and renowned all over the golfing world. Ocean Golf Course The name of this course is appropriately suggesting is enviable location. As an older golf course it had a strong influence in placing the Algarve as a destination in the golfing world. The fairways have a tendency to be narrow and accuracy is imperative when playing. Quinta do Lago North The terrain of Quinta do Lago north, formerly Ria Formosa, has the Algarve's sandy soil, covered by pine trees, heather, and wild flowers is identical to the south course. It offers however, very different challenges.
