Stunning 4 bedroom villa located in the peaceful Colinas do Golfe area of Vilamoura The Villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard with the accommodation spread over two floors. All the rooms are light and airy and the villa is fully air conditioned throughout. The entrance hall opens on to the very spacious open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge is beautifully furnished and has LCD TV and High definition satellite TV, The kitchen is very spacious and modern and is fully fitted and equipped with everything you will need and also opens out on the covered barbecue area. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, all en-suite. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have access to a large sunny terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of the golf course and pine forests. Bedroom three also has it’s own terrace. The villa also has a fourth bedroom / games room located in the basement

NotesThe Property is in a peaceful location but just a 5 minute drive from the Marina with its many shops, bars, restaurants and night entertainment. Vilamoura has a Tennis centre, Bowling Green and the Roma Mini golf are also just 5 minutes drive. There are five 18 hole golf courses nearby, two beautiful beaches, (the Marina beach and the Falésia beach), various other sports and water sports/parks enjoyed by all ages. The nearest water Park, the Aquashow which has a large wave pool, many slides and the biggest water roller coaster in Europe despite other attractions is opened all year round and is ideal for a family outing.
Golf details

Vilamoura is home to 5 fantastic golf courses, including the world famous Old Course and the Arnold Palmer designed Victoria which opened in 2004 and is to host the inaugural Algarve Masters from October 18th - 21st, 2007. The Old Course was Vilamoura’s first, opened in 1969. It enjoys gentle, sloping hills with tree-lined fairways. This course hosted the Portuguese Open in 1970 and 1979. Pinhal winds through umbrella pines. It’s not as difficult as the Old Course and is more forgiving for the average golfer. Laguna has it's very own 'Amen Corner' on the back 9, so bring plenty of golf balls! It is a real test in all weathers. The Millennium Course, opened in 2000 and is one of the most attractive and interesting courses in Portugal. There are numerous other courses nearby, including Vila Sol, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Balaia. There are 29 courses with in a 50 minutes drive of Vilamoura, with the bulk of them situated with in 30 minutes. If you are a golf nut then Vilamoura is the place for you!!!
