Golf club description
A large 7032 yard, par 72 course in a tranquil atmosphere
Surrounded by trees and lakes, pine groves and Mediterranean flora. The course has well-kept fairways and an excellent design, made for the most demanding players. With a recently restored club house, designed by Ignacio de Gregorio, in a typical Majorca style, offering bar service and restaurant, you can enjoy a nice moment in the terrace in a very pleasant ambient.

Directions to poniente golf club (from palma) take the via cintura (motorway) signposted to andratx. Continue until you see sign to magalluf/ son ferrer/ el toro on the right-hand side. Take exit and continue until you come to a roundabout. Take the 3 o’clock exit and follow signs to magalluf/ son ferrer/ el toro. At roundabout 8 go straight on. After a short while you will pass the Aqualand Park on your left. The road veers right towards el toro. Do not take the right turn, go straight ahead at the stop sign. You will come to the entrance on your left about 300 m after the intersection.

Located in the touristic municipality of Calvia, 1 km from Magalluf and 12 km. from Palma, this course is a challenge for all keen golfers. Designed by John harris and inaugurated in 1978, Poniente is an 18 hole Par 72 course, with beautifully kept greens and whide fairways with run through pine and olives groves and Mediterranean flora, its seven lakes and its many bunkers , all contributing to its character and form.
